I am a Strength and Performance Coach that helps active women train like an athlete through performance driven training and sustainable nutrition, so they can fuel their bodies properly to maintain their active lifestyle for years to come. I have 5+ years experience working with athletes, general population, and geriatric clientele. I created SK Strength and Performance to reach more people and help them achieve the strength, mobility, and energy they need to keep doing the things they love most. Whether it's being able to keep up with your kids, go on weekly hikes, runs, or bike rides, or training for a specific event, my programming is for you!
