I'm Sarah.

I am a Strength & Performance Coach that helps active women train like athletes through performance driven workouts and sustainable nutrition, so they can fuel their bodies properly to maintain their active lifestyle for years to come.

I believe that you don't have to be an athlete to train like one. Performance based training is so overlooked and too many people fall into the "body builder" mindset and workouts. While it may be a great way to gain strength and muscle, what it won't do is give you sustainability in your activities and life. I have always been passionate about sports and fitness and they have truly changed my life. Being able to go on a bike ride or hike, participate in an athletic competition, hang out with family, and even play with my dog with full energy and ease of movement is what gives me life. That's why I want to help other women have the exact same thing in their life while doing the things they love to do.

I love showing active women what's possible when they start performance based training.
