I am a Strength & Nutrition Coach that helps active women train like athletes through performance driven workouts and sustainable nutrition, so they can fuel their bodies properly to maintain their active lifestyle for years to come.
I played competitive soccer for 15 years. It was my whole life and when it ended, I felt like I lost my identity. I looked toward food and alcohol to bring me comfort when in reality it just made me feel worse about myself and nowhere near like an athlete. I discovered that it wasn't just sports that brought me so much joy, it was being active in general. Yes I love competition, but I also love being able to ride my bike, go for a swim, or strength train without worrying about my body crashing or getting injured. After getting my masters in health and human performance, I then discovered that in order to maintain an active lifestyle, you also have to fuel your body properly with the right nutrition, mindset, and recovery. Knowing that my body can perform like an athlete and keep up with my active lifestyle sustainably is something I've worked hard for but it is also so attainable to achieve with the right coaching.
